When Grandma came to visit for Daddy's birthday, we went to Mall of America for a day. Our first stop was Best Buy to get Daddy a new camera for his birthday and then we headed to Underwater Adventures. Gabe loves to watch the fish swimming around him and Claire was pretty excited about it too.
After Underwater Adventures (and lunch) we stopped at Nickelodeon Universe for some more fun. When we went last summer, Gabe's favorite ride was "Swiper's Sweepers" so that was the first stop we made. He patiently waited in line...
Then we got on the ride...
Let the fun begin!
Claire was so well behaved while Mom, Sam, and Gabe went on the rides.
The next thing Gabe wanted to ride was the Diego bus that took us up in the air and back down in a circle. He got so excited that he raised his arms above his head like he was on a roller coaster.
Next was the merry go round which was fun. Gabe kept giving Daddy a "thumbs up" as he passed.
Gabe went on the kid's roller coaster with Sam while Mom rode a ride that no one else would go on. Daddy tried to get a picture of Mom on her ride but it moved too fast to get a good shot.
Next stop was the swings which Gabe had fun on but he was a little scared of how high he was off the ground.
After driving back to Rochester, we stopped at Grandma's hotel room and had dinner with Great Grandma, Grandma, and Sam. Claire crawled all over the room begging for food.
Gabe got pizza all over his face.
The next day, we went to Oxbow Park and Gabe showed Grandma and Sam around while Daddy, Mom and Claire played in the grass.
